Workshop 1: Deadlift

July 31st, Thursday, 6pm

This workshop is for you if-

  • You are trying to start lifting weights but feel clueless about how to deadlift safely

  • You are noticing pelvic pressure when you pick up your toddler

  • You already workout & are annoyed by back pain slowing down your lifts

Workshop 2: core

September 3rd, Wednesday, 6pm

This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel unsure how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor during exercise

  • You notice pelvic pressure, heaviness, or leakage when lifting, running, or even laughing

  • You’re pregnant or postpartum and want to protect your core and pelvic floor while staying active

  • You want to build strength and confidence so your core and pelvic floor support you in workouts and daily life
