You feel unsure how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor during exercise
You notice pelvic pressure, heaviness, or leakage when lifting, running, or even laughing
You’re pregnant or postpartum and want to protect your core and pelvic floor while staying active
You want to build strength and confidence so your core and pelvic floor support you in workouts and daily life
