So many of my clients are tired of chronic pain, tired of feeling 2 steps behind, and worried because they don’t want to witness their body deteriorate because they seeing their 60 year old mother who is wearing diapers and complaining of back pain every time she is around her grandkids.

MY 3 STEP SIGNATURE FRAMEWORK
PHASE 1 CLARITY
A diagnosis of “pain” or “pelvic floor dysfunction” doesn’t tell us what is causing the bothersome symptoms that you are experiencing when you try to connect intimately with your partner or why you notice vaginal pain for 3 days after you deadlift heavy.
Together we’ll help you figure out the "why" of your body signals and together get to the root of the mechanisms causing your pelvic pain and bladder symptoms so that you go from feeling fearful of pain that holds you back from intimately connecting with your partner to instead crying tears of joy because your body feels so safe and feeling like a bad ass in the gym as you hit PRs again.
PHASE 2 CALM
During this phase we calm symptoms down with continued targeted treatments from the trouble areas we found in the Clarity phase and introduce simple yet powerful tools allowing you to go from feeling fearful of injury to instead consistently working out harder in the gym so that you can keep up with your kids without fear of your back going out.
PHASE 3 RESILIENCE
Resilience is built as you add more movement challenges into your body and handle life stressors like work deadlines, sick kids, holiday travel with strategies you know will work to keep you pain free and avoiding crashing, hitting the wall and being burnt out again.
In this phase you will embody confidence with accountability and support from me. You will learn strategies to test challenge exercises in the gym and navigate everything on your life plate all while having continued support to ensure long lasting relief which comes from delaying return of your bothersome bladder urgency symptoms that interfere with your ability to focus at work and join your friends for a long run on the weekends.
