Are you pregnant and curious on how to maintain a healthy level of fitness and navigate exercises for keeping your core strong so that you can look forward to a healthier postpartum recovery?

Are you experiencing back pain and annoying bladder urges that keep you up at night as you wonder how to keep your body healthy while noticing changes in how your body is functioning?

Have you heard about the pelvic floor and want to learn how to best support it throughout your pregnancy so you reduce the chance of injury during birth and a lengthy postpartum recovery?

This is a free workshop for ALL trimesters of pregnancy with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist & Perinatal Expert, Dr.Mbong Henry from Radiance PT

What to expect from this 1 hour workshop:

✅ We’ll cut through the outdated information online about pregnancy and exercise so you can understand how to stay active and why you should keep your heart, bones, and muscles strong.

✅ Help you gain clarity on diastasis recti so that the fear of doing something wrong doesn’t slow down your workouts so that you can keep core strong throughout pregnancy setting you up for optimal postpartum recovery as a new parent 

✅ You’ll discover the basics of keeping your pelvic floor healthy and learn how to advocate for yourself throughout your pregnancy so you can lower your risk of major birth injury and also set your postpartum fitness up for success.
